FairForms("the Service") is operated by Fair Tools ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

• No illegal content or use that violates applicable law.
• No attempts to abuse, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.

Billing

Pro is a subscription billed via Stripe ($4/month or $39/year). You can cancel anytime from your account page; access continues to the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
